This process is set out in the Copyright and Trademark Complaints policy. The operator is Cameron Profitt. No designated agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office, and nothing here is a statement that any statutory scheme or safe harbour applies. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 3 business days and finish a first review within 10 business days. These are targets, not guarantees. A person reviews every complaint. Reviewers are not a court.

What happens
Your complaint is stored for staff only. If it is accepted on its face the game is removed from listings and can no longer be launched. That cannot erase copies already downloaded to players' devices or copies elsewhere. The creator is told the kind of complaint and the work you rely on and may respond with a counter-notice. We do not give them your name or contact details unless you agree, the law requires it, or they need them to respond to legal action you have started or threatened. How we handle your details is in the Privacy Policy.

1. Who you are

Used by staff to contact you about this complaint. It is not shown to the creator by this system.

State that you own the right concerned, or that you are authorised to act for the owner, and in what capacity.

2. What the complaint is about

Only if you are relying on a particular country's law.

Describe the copyright work, trade mark or other right you say is infringed, with registration details if you have them, and which part of the game you say infringes it.

The address of the game page on this site (it looks like /g/name-of-game), or enough for staff to find it.

Up to 10 links, one per line, starting with http:// or https://. They are stored as text for a person to read. Nothing is downloaded from them automatically, so do not rely on a link for anything essential; describe it above.

3. Statements and signature

Type your full name. It is accepted as an electronic signature.
